You can use pixi Mobile to process all of your stock movements. For this, pixi Mobile programs Put to Stock, Take from Stock and Relocate can be used.
Put to Stock
Choose the pixi Mobile program Put to Stock from the list of programs.
After the program opens, the cursor will be placed according to the settings.
Change the Quantity, if needed, and go to the next field.Scan the Item Barcode.

You now have the choice to either scan another Item or the Target Bin. A list of Suggested Bins is also shown for the last scanned item. Tapping the bin will use it for the stock movement. From this step on and in all other steps you can go to the Scanned Items list.
Batch scanning of items can also be disabled. Check this article: Scanned Items.If you scanned another item, proceed as described in step 2.
If you scanned the target bin, continue with step 4.

Select the Stock movement type by clicking on it. After this, all previously scanned items are put to stock and a confirmation message is shown. You can then continue putting items to stock.
Tap the three-dots menu to preselect a stock movement type. If not needed anymore, you can disable the preselection by entering the three dots menu, tapping the option again.
Take from Stock
Choose the pixi Mobile program Take from Stock from the list of programs.
After the program opens, the cursor will be placed according to the settings.
Change the Quantity, if needed, and go to the next field.Scan or enter the Item Barcode.

You now have the choice to either scan another Item or a Bin.
(Although "Target Bin" is displayed in the user interface, the items are still taken from stock!)
A list of Suggested Bins is also shown for the last scanned item. Tapping the bin will use it for the stock movement From this step on and in all other steps you can go to the Scanned Items list.If you scanned another item, proceed as described in step 2.
If you scanned a bin, continue with step 4.

Select the stock movement type by tapping on it. After this, all previously scanned items are taken from stock and a confirmation message is shown. You can then continue taking items from stock.
Tap the three-dots menu to preselect a stock movement type. If not needed anymore, you can disable the preselection by entering the three dots menu tapping the option again.
Relocate
Choose the pixi Mobile program Relocate from the list of programs.
First, scan the Source Bin of the item(s) you want to relocate.

If needed, change the Quantity you want to relocate and scan the Item Barcode afterwards. You can relocate items one by one if you change the Default quantity to 1 and set the focus to the "Item Barcode" field.
Please note: Items cannot be relocated when they are on a picklist at the time of relocation.

You now have the choice to either scan another Item from the source bin or the Target Bin. A list of Suggested Bins is also shown for the last scanned item. Tapping the bin will use it for the stock movement. From this step on and in all other steps you can go to the Scanned Items list or restart the whole relocation process by clicking
> Pending Items.
If you scanned another item, proceed as described in step 3.
If you scanned the target bin, all items from the source bin will be relocated to the target bin and a confirmation message is shown. You can now do the whole relocation process again for another bin.
Default Source Bin
You can define a Default Source Bin when relocating items. If such a bin was set, the screen for scanning the Source Bin is not shown anymore until you deactivate the default bin. You can define a Default Source Bin following these steps:
Choose the pixi Mobile program Relocate from the list of programs.
Click
> Enable Default Bin in the next screen.
A new screen opens up. Now scan the bin that should be defined as Default Source Bin. After this, click Continue.
The default bin is now locked and does not have to be scanned in the next relocation process.
Additionally, the source bin is now tagged with asymbol to identify it as the default source bin.
Follow these steps to deactivate the Default Source Bin:
Choose the pixi Mobile program Relocate from the list of programs.
Click
> Disable Default Bin in the next screen.
You now need to scan the source bin again for every relocation.
Relocate the entire Bin
Relocating the whole bin can be achieved with only two scans. Follow these steps to relocate all items from the source bin to the target bin:
Choose the pixi Mobile program Relocate from the list of programs.
Tap Entire Bin.
Now scan the Source Bin of the item(s) you want to relocate.
Scan the Target Bin afterwards to relocate all items to this bin.
A message is shown in case the relocation was successful.
Important Database Settings
Item Take Out - No warning at picklist (pixi Control Center > Database Settings > Inventory)
If this setting is activated, no warning is shown if stock for an item on the picklist should be reduced.
If the setting is deactivated, a warning is shown.
Item Search and Items in the Bin
The features Item Search and Items in the bin are available in the following programs: Put to Stock, Take from Stock, Item Info, Relocate, Inventory.
Item Search
You can use the item search directly in several programs. Tap the three dots menu > Item Search. Use the input field for quick searches using keyboard, scan or camera (if enabled) and press the CONTINUE button.
Tip: For users with a hardware scanner, the enter key is sent automatically after scanning the correct bin name.
The results include the following information:
Item image
Item name
Barcode
Total quantity (depending on database setting Show Stock for Current Location)
Location quantity
You can now select an item (e.g., "Chips Chili, Pural") to automatically copy its barcode to the input field on the previous page.
Items in the Bin
You can retrieve bin information directly in several programs. Tap the three dots menu > Items in the Bin. Input the whole bin name (e.g., E-1-2) via keyboard, scan or camera (if enabled) into the input field to press the CONTINUE button.
Tip: For users with a hardware scanner, the enter key is sent automatically after scanning the correct bin name.
The results include the following information:
Item image
Item name
Barcode
Quantity in the bin
You can now select an item (e.g., "Chips Chili, Pural") to automatically copy its barcode to the input field on the previous page.
