Returns in pixi

Packages that are sent back to you by customers can easily be processed by creating and working on returns. Depending on the processing stage, returns can have different status:

  • New [NEW]: The return has been created via pixi Mobile and contains at least one item which is already assigned to a bin. The return case has not been closed, yet.

  • Received [REC]: The return case has been processed and closed. It can be checked in the pixi Web application.

  • Replaced [REP]: A replacement order will be sent for a return case in RECeived status instead of a refund. The return case can be set to REPlaced status after the new replacement order is created in pixi.

  • Credited [CRE]: All items of the return case have been processed with the returns wizard in pixi Customer Service.
