You can directly submit a new incident to the Descartes pixi Support department.
Click Contact Support via the Ticket icon in the top right corner. Enter the data regarding your incident in the pop-up window that opens up.
The following fields are available:
Requester: Enter your e-mail address so the Descartes pixi Support department can contact you regarding the incident.
Subject: Enter the incidents subject. It should be a short description of your issue in just a few words.

Description: Here you can specify the issue more detailed. Give us as much information as you can, so your request can be answered without asking further questions.
Attach a file: With this button you can attach one file.
Take Screenshot: If you click this button, a screenshot of the background is automatically taken and attached to your incident.
Urgency: Choose the urgency of your incident. You can choose between Low, Medium and High.
Impact: Choose, whether the issue affects most areas of your company (High) or only a few parts (Low). You can choose between Low, Medium and High.
Your Internal Ticket Number: If you already submitted a ticket to the Descartes pixi Support department, enter this ticket number here. Like this, the new incident can be assigned more quickly.
Click Submit to send the incident to the Descartes pixi Support department.
