Searching for Returns

In the navigation click Customer Service > Returns. By default the Advanced Search pane is displayed on the right side of the returns list. Follow these steps to search for a return:

  1. Click to hide or show the pane.

  2. Enter/choose search parameters:

    • Return Number: Enter the number of the return you want to search for.

    • Date of Creation (From, To): You can narrow down the number of shown returns by selecting the dates in the fields From and To.

    • Status: Select the status from the dropdown-list to show only returns in this status. You can also search fr multiple statuses.

    • Customer Lock: Search exclusively for customers with customer lock (Yes), customers without customer lock (No) or within both options (All).

    • Customer Number: Enter the customer number to show only returns from this customer.

    • Customer Name or E-Mail: In case you don't know the customer number, searching for the customer name or the e-mail is also supported.

    • Invoice Number: Enter an invoice number to show all returns that were created for this invoice.

    • Shop: Select a shop from the dropdown-list to show only returns from this shop.

    • Payment Type: Select a payment type from the dropdown-list to show only returns with this payment type.

    • Return Reason: Select a return reason from the dropdown-list to show only returns that contain items with the selected reason.

    • Return Type

      • All: Retrieves the list of all returns.

      • Special Case - item: Setting this criteria will only show return cases that contain items marked as special case. Items can be marked as special case using the pixi* Mobile program Returns.

      • Special Case - complete return: Complete returns marked as special case in pixi Mobile only.

      • Normal return: Neither the complete return nor a return line is marked as special case.

    • Item: In this field you can search for all item codes (Shop / Supplier / Internal Item Number), the item name and also only for parts of it. Returns are shown that contain the filtered item.

  3. Click Search to show the results.

Tip: Use the three-dots menu in the Status column to filter your results based on a particular status.

To reset the search and delete the chosen search parameters, click Clear.
