Short Description
The Stock Movements report (Procedure: Report_StockMovement_WithTypes) provides an overview of stock movements by bin and item for a selectable time period.
Open the Reports section in pixi Web. Here, you can generate the Stock Movements report by first creating an appropriate report profile.
Available Parameters
Date from - to: Choose the time span for the report.
Location: Choose a location from the dropdown list. If no location is selected, all location will be considered.
User: Enter a user name, to show stock movements that were done by this user.
Manual only: If you choose "Ja", the report only shows manual stock movements (e.g. put to stock, take from stock) which are not triggered automatically by pixi* processes.
Bin: Enter a bin name, to show stock movements only for this bin.
Stock movement type: Choose a stock movement type from the dropdown list, to show items that were processed with this stock movement type.
After you loaded the report, the result is sorted ascending by the date of the stock movement.
Columns
New Stock: Displays the physical stock quantity of the item after the stock movement.
Quantity: Indicates the amount by which the stock was increased or decreased.
Total Supplier Price: Displays the product of the supplier price at the time of the stock movement and the quantity moved. The historical supplier price is used for this calculation.
Process: Shows the process that triggered the stock movement (e.g. manual posting, POS sale, Scan-In).
Stock Movement Type: Displays the stock movement type for the transaction.
Shop Item Number (ItemNrInt): Displays the shop-specific item number.
Internal Item Number (InternalItemNumber): Displays the internal item number.
Item ID (ItemKey): Indicates the row in which the item is stored in the underlying database table.
