Controlling (Reports)
🟪 Enhancement: Automatically generated reports can now be received via email. The field Send e-mail and the Recipients input field are now part of the Schedule area in the profile. Multiple email addresses can be entered as recipients, separated by semicolons. Reports are sent as download links in XLSX format via email. Customer Service
🟩 Bug fix: When reprinting an invoice while editing a regular or 1SS picklist, the system no longer automatically generates an additional shipping label. (1147499)
General
🟩 Bug fix: Several fixes related to cross-application user permissions: (436532)
If the permission for Shipping is disabled, users can no longer access the Picklists page, even when entering the URL manually. The page is also hidden from the navigation. An error page is shown if access is attempted.
If the permission Tag Management (Web Pixi) permission is disabled, users cannot access the Tags page via direct URL either. The page is also hidden from the navigation. Access attempts show an error page.
🟪 Enhancement: Starting with 25.04, pixi uses the SQL 2022 compatibility mode when running on MS SQL 2022 servers. (1181216)
Logistics (picklists)
🟩 Bug fix: We fixed an issue where scanning would show the wrong quantity for items with batch data when the database setting Scan-In: Merge Split Order Lines was enabled and there was only a single order line for the item. Further related issues are being investigated. (1167809)
Logistics (Stock)
🟪 Enhancement: Various improvements to the Stock page: (956105, 1176480, 1176481, 1176482, 1187270)
A vertical bar was added to allow resizing the Suggested Bins and Items in the Bin areas.
Columns in both sections can now be reordered and sorting can be applied.
All adjustments are saved in the browser cache and applied automatically the next time the Stock page is opened.
The data in Suggested Bins and Items in the Bin is refreshed after each stock operation and displays updated values.
After completing a stock operation, the cursor is now automatically placed in the Item number field, so items can be scanned immediately.
If an unknown item number is scanned, focus is set to the Item number field and the scanned value is selected. This allows scanning the next code without needing to manually reset focus or delete the previous value.
The Suggested Bins list now only displays bins that currently have the scanned item in stock (for removal).
All errors are now shown both as log entries (existing functionality) and as pop-up notifications.
The UI now highlights the selected action: The Put to stock page now shows two green horizontal bars, while the Take from stock page shows two red horizontal bars.

🟩 Bug fix: Shipping and return labels are now printed at their original size. Previously, labels could be printed at a much larger resolution. (1149577)
Control Center
Electronic invoices (E-invoices)
🟪 Enhancement: A new setting is available for e-invoices: Order types for e-invoices. This allows you to define for which order types e-invoices should be created. The new database setting includes the options “All invoices”, “B2B only”, and “B2C only”. The default is “B2B only”. Depending on the selected option, an e-invoice with attached XML file will be generated. (1176150, 1208881)
🟪 Enhancement: E-invoices now include the legal seller name, which must be uploaded via FTP. If the legal seller name contains data, it will be used on the e-invoice. If not, the shop name will be used instead. This field has been added to the shop settings under “General”. Changes to this field are recorded under the “History” tab.
Note: Do not edit the Shops table while invoices are being created, as this may lead to the known issue where the next invoice number is overwritten, stopping the invoice generation process. (1176156)
Auto Emails
🟪 Enhancement: A new auto email type Export Document is now available. (1160727)
Import & Export
🟩 Bug fix: Records for automatic exports (initial export back to shop) were displayed in the Stock movement list under Item details > Bins > Bin history. These records are now excluded. (1144060)
ShipRush Integration
🟩 Bug fix: When a package’s weight is changed (in Invoices and Credits > Packages tab), a new request with the updated data is sent to the shipping provider. A new shipping label is automatically printed, and a new customs document (for international shipments) can be printed manually. Previously, changing the package weight could result in errors when customs documents had already been saved. (1159439)
Invoices
🟩 Bug fix: Similar to the fix in pixi Web, printing an invoice no longer triggers a shipping label to print. However, a log message will still appear in Invoices and Credits with the note: “Printing shipping label for InvoiceNR”. (1147499)
Reports
🟪 Enhancement: The report Tax Report by Shop now includes fields for credit notes and return costs. These fields are only available in the web version of the report. Therefore, we recommend generating the report exclusively in pixi Web. (1116692)
