Create New Customer

  1. In the navigation, click Customer Service, then click Customers.

  2. Click New Customer in the toolbar.

  3. Enter the information about the new customer. Customer Number, Shop, First Name, Last Name, Country and Payment Type are mandatory fields.

  4. Click Create. The new customer is selected in the list of customers.

Creating a new customer is currently implemented for the needs of Offer Management. Customer Service desktop application is still the main tool for managing customers, orders, invoices, returns...
