Allowed IP-addresses
In addition to ports, for systems running shop interfaces via Imports 2.0, pixi Apps, my.pixi, Pixipedia the following netmask must be enabled for the API port:
217.66.10.0/24
217.66.11.0/24
To access pixi Messaging, also whitelist the IP address for the mq.pixi.eu FQDN (52.59.173.66), as it is also used by the pixi Connector desktop application.
Geoblocking
Our data center is located in Schiphol-Rijk (Amsterdam). In some cases, the displayed IP address may be recognized as a Belgian IP address. If you use geoblocking, please allow access for Belgium and the Netherlands for the specified IP addresses.
Note
For all IP addresses, port 80 must be open. No port forwarding.
