Click Item Info button to open item information window in any pixi desktop application. Item information is organized on different tabs, which are explained in this article.
General
Here you find general item information like item name, barcode, last supplier, last buying and selling prices and VAT rate. Additionally, you see where in stock this item is located and which tags are assigned to this item.

Tag Items: Assign tags to the item e.g. for seasonal items, personalized items, ABC analysis.
Item Properties: Change item status (active, inactive) and item type (normal, bundle).
Print Barcode
Change Barcode
Export Item To Shop: Export current available stock of this item to the shop.
In Bundle / Bundle Items
In Bundle
This tab is only visible for the item that is a part of a bundle. Bundle items which contain this item are displayed in the list.
Bundle Items
This tab is only visible for bundle items. Items in the bundle are displayed in the list.
Customer Orders
In this tab you can check the list of order lines from all open orders that contain this item. Click Item Not Available to set the item status to Not Available. An automatic email will be sent to the customer informing him that the ordered item is not available anymore (if this email type is set up). If you open Item Info for the selected order line in pixi Customer Service, the order line will be highlighted.
Reservations
On this tab you see all reservations for order lines with this item. Additionally, you see if an order line is already on a picklist.
Supplier Orders
In this list you see open supplier orders which contain this item ((order quantities) - (delivered + undelivered quantities)).
Suppliers
On this tab, you see the list of all available suppliers for this item. You can edit supplier data, and you can activate or deactivate a supplier.
Note: Adding suppliers and deleting suppliers is only possible in web pixi.
On The Picklist
On this tab, you see all picklists which contain this item.
Batch and Best Before
If Batch Management is enabled in pixi, items with Batch Management or Best Before Date tags are displayed on this tab.
Item Codes
All Item numbers of all types are listed in this tab.
Item Prices
If Multi-currency functionality is enabled in pixi, item prices in different currencies are displayed on this tab.
