pixi 23.04 is available from 4 April 2023. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations.
With the release pixi 23.05, the Multi Domain Login Page (MDLP) will be rolled out to all updated databases as it allows a more consistent and secure authentication process. As a result of this change, the desktop client login will be disabled by default. From release 23.05, the desktop clients must be launched from pixi Web.

🟩 Bug fix: Country information was missing in InvoiceCreated. (740243)

Replenishment (General)
🟪 Enhancement: It is now possible to replenish several items with BM data in one step, as long as only one variant of the item is available in the bin. Previously, each item had to be scanned individually. (744108)
Examples:
Example A: All items in the bin have the same BM data. Five have to be transferred. It is now possible to enter quantity 5 for the replenishment so that all 5 items are transferred at the same time (previously each item had to be scanned).
Example B: There are 2 items with BN A and 3 items with BN B in the bin. Five have to be transferred. In this case, each item still has to be scanned individually until there is only one variant of the item left in the bin. However, if you scan both items with BN A first, you can process the remaining 3 with BN B in one step.
Replenishment (List)
🟪 Enhancement: The sorting of items on the replenishment document can now also be done by manufacturer and item name.
The sorting can be set for this in the App's Settings. The default sorting is according to the bin location sorting number. (744093)
🟪 Enhancement: The number of the replenishment document and the status of the document are no longer next to each other in one line. They are split into individual lines to prevent unwanted line breaks. (686537)
Replenishment (Pick)
🟪 Enhancement: If the BBD of the scanned item is today, the date does not have to be selected in the date selection. Since "today" is already selected by default, the process can be continued by simply tapping "Next". (750487, 759019)
🟪 Enhancement: With this release, the item quantity that needs to be picked can be set manually. It also no longer has to match the required quantity indicated on the replenishment document. This feature can be used when the setting Override Picking Quantity in the Control Center is enabled. (744103)
Note: If a higher quantity than required is picked, the total required quantity on the replenishment document will increase. If the replenishment document has several lines with the same item (e.g. if stock is located in different bins), the required quantity is not reduced for the other items in the document!)
Replenishment (Put)
🟪 Enhancement: With this release, it is possible to put all items from a transport bin into the target bin in one step. The option All items to target bin is available for this via the three-dots menu. The permission pixi Mobile - Replenishment: Bulk Item Movement must be activated in the Control Center. (744107)
Note: Only items and quantities that are marked as picked on the replenishment document get put to stock (other items that might also be in the transport bin, but are not related to the replenishment document, stay in the virtual transport bin).

Administration (Shipping Station)
🟪 Enhancement: To increase user-friendliness, the on/off switch on the page Current Shipping Station was replaced by ON or OFF (in text form). The on/off switch could not be operated; it only served as information. To avoid misunderstandings, it was now removed. The setting was or is still exclusively on the All Shipping Stations page. 🟩 Bug fix: If the page was left before changes were saved, no warning dialogue was displayed. (751475)

🟪 Enhancement: The columns Created, Created By, Modified and Modified By were added to the overview page. This information can also be found in the upper part of the detail pages. (744201)
🟪 Enhancement: The Start No. field was renamed to Current Invoice No.. If changes are made to this value, the last invoice number created must be entered. If a different invoice number is desired, the required value minus 1 must be entered. For example, if the last number that is desired should be (...)21, 20 must be entered in the Current Invoice No. field. (762381)
Administration (Tables > Shops > Shipping Seal)
🟪 Enhancement: The use of the shipping seal is now also possible for on-premise customers. Among other things, changes have been made to the URL. No changes need to be made by pixi users. (757169)
Customer Service (Orders)
🟩 Bug fix: The values in the Gross Price (€) and Final Price Gross (€) fields were reversed. For example, the Gross Price displayed the price that was already reduced by the discount, which should be shown in the Final Gross Price field. The same error occurred for the Net Price (€) and Final Net Price (€) fields. (745979)
General (Orders and Invoices)
🟩 Bug fix: The calculation of the net values of shipping costs has been improved. It is now consistent. Previously it could happen that there was a difference (on the fourth decimal place) between the calculation in the order and the Invoices. (742927)

🟩 Bug fix: The column Supplier Price was displayed to users who did not have permission for it. (748228, 759147)
