pixi 25.07 is available from 1 July 2025. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads. pixi 25.08 is released on 05.08.2025.
Note: The desktop clients Reports and Inventory will no longer be available as of October 2025. You can find information about the current reporting features in the documentation.
pixi Mobile
🟨 Starting with pixi 25.06, pixi Mobile is available as a BETA version alongside each standard release. The new app is based on .NET MAUI, offering a refreshed design and improved performance. Each BETA version includes a 45-day free trial starting on the day the new pixi version is released. The trial does not require a license. After the trial expires, you can simply update to the next available pixi version to start a new trial.

Administration (Templates)
🟩 Resolved Issue: When sorting templates by type on the overview page, pixi displayed generic labels such as “Type 1”, “Type 2”, etc. As of this release, the actual type names are shown (e.g., Offer, Invoice, etc.). (1256722)
🟪 Enhancement: The Default checkbox was removed from the Template Details page. As before, a default template can be defined via the Templates list. (1251271)
General
Electronic Invoices
🟩 Resolved Issue: The updated template for electronic invoices did not include the XML element <ram:BuyerOrderReferencedDocument> with the buyer’s external order number. This element has now been added. To use the updated template, you must download it again, as templates are not updated automatically. (1250573)
Controlling (Reporting)
🟩 Resolved Issue: The Stock Movements report incorrectly included records from users with similar usernames. When generating reports for usernames with fewer than four characters, pixi also included usernames with more than four characters. The report now correctly filters for the exact username specified in the profile options. (1180363)
🟩 Resolved Issue: Previously, generated reports displayed the username “master.” Going forward, the report will show the username of the person who edited the profile and set the scheduled execution date. (1249001)
🟪 Enhancement: Manually and scheduled generated reports are automatically deleted after two weeks. (1258858)
Logistics (Ship-Out)
🟩 Resolved Issue: In some cases, invoices were not created even though the Shipping Vendor setting Ship-Out when creating invoice was enabled. (1096756)
