New Customers


This report provides an overview of the revenue generated from orders placed by both new and existing customers within a selected period.
Open the Reports section in pixi Web. You can create the New Customers report by first setting up the appropriate report profile (New Customers).


Available Parameters

The following parameters are available in this report:

  • Country: Defines the country to be used for the evaluation. If no country is selected, all countries will be considered.

  • From - To: Defines the time range for the evaluation.

  • Shop: Defines the shop to be included in the evaluation. If no shop is selected, all shops will be considered.


Columns

The following evaluations for new customers, existing customers, and the total (new + existing customers) are available:

  • Number of Customers: Displays the number of customers during the selected time period.

  • Number of Documents: Displays the number of created invoices and credits for the selected time period.

  • Average Revenue: Displays the average order value excluding shipping costs.

  • Revenue: Displays the total order value excluding shipping costs. It is calculated as follows:
    (New Customer Average Revenue + Existing Customer Average Revenue) / 2


Additional Information

The report displays the total number of documents (invoices and credits) and revenue, separated by new and existing customers.
A customer is considered new if no invoice existed for them prior to the selected period.


FAQ

Why is the “Number of Documents” for new customers higher than the “Number of Customers”?
This can happen, for example, if credits were created for invoices assigned to a new customer.
