Find out how to define a default profile for generating standard picklists and 1-Scan-Shipping picklists (1SS) in pixi. These default profiles are used when creating picklists via Orders > More > Create Picklist / Create 1SS Picklist.

Setting up default profiles is especially valuable when processing large B2B orders. By automatically using a predefined profile, you can handle even complex orders quickly and reliably.

Defining a Default Profile for 1SS and Standard Picklists

In Orders, you have the option to create picklists via the More option in the action menu. Below, we’ll show you how to define which profile should be used with this shortcut.

Standard Picklist

How to define and use the default profile for standard picklists:

1. Identify the Picklist Profile ID

   1. Navigate to Logistics > Picklists in the menu.

   2. Search for the picklist profile that you want to set as the default.

   3. Open the profile.

   4. The number at the end of the page URL is the profile ID.
      
      
      
      

2. Save the Profile ID in Settings

   1. Open the Control Center.

   2. Search for the setting Web: Customer Service, Picklist Profile ID.

   3. Enter the previously identified profile ID in this field.
      
      
      
      

3. Create Picklist

   1. Go to Orders.

   2. Select the desired order(s).

   3. Click on More > Create Picklist.

   4. The picklist will now be automatically generated using the saved default profile.
      
      
      
      

Standard 1SS Picklist

How to define and use the default profile for 1-Scan-Shipping picklists (1SS):

1. Identify the Picklist Profile ID

   1. Navigate to Logistics > Picklists in the menu.

   2. Search for the 1SS picklist profile that you want to set as the default.

   3. Open the profile.

   4. The number at the end of the page URL is the profile ID.
      
      

2. Save the Profile ID in Settings

   1. Open the Control Center.

   2. Search for the setting Web: Orders, Picklist Profile ID (1SS).

   3. Enter the previously identified profile ID in this field.
      
      
      

3. Create 1SS Picklist

   1. Go to Orders.

   2. Select the desired order(s).

   3. Click on More > Create 1SS Picklist.

   4. The 1SS picklist will now be automatically generated using the saved default profile.

The profile being used must not contain any parameters for order date (before/after), as these are not supported in combination with the default profile function.
