In the "Boxes" section, you can see all the boxes that are already in use. All boxes, which are not displayed in the overview, are free. If a Y is displayed in the "Wait for send" column, the order in the box is complete and the invoice is printed. If an N is displayed, the order is not yet complete. pixi distinguishes between normal boxes and express boxes with a fixed delivery date.
The following functions are available in the toolbar of the Boxes area:
Print invoice for this box: This enables you to print an invoice for an order that has already been picked. Please note that the invoice must already have been generated (via pixi Invoices). You can print an invoice for an order that has not yet been completely picked using the pixi Invoice application.
View Order Details: If you would like more information for a specific order, select a box and click on this button. pixi automatically opens the pixi Customer Service application and looks for the customer's order.
Below the listing of boxes you can see how many boxes are in use and how many are empty:
Above the listing of boxes you have the possibility to search for boxes from a particular box range:
In the Box Overview you can see all items including detailed information, which have already been placed in the selected box. Below you can also see all open items of the order assigned to the box:
The following functions are available from here:
Put Into Box: Select an open item that is yet to be placed in the box, and then click this button. pixi switches now to the tab Scan-In and populates the field Code with the item barcode.
Remove from Box: An item that is already in the box can be removed from the box using this button, but only as long as no invoice has been printed.
Empty Box: Removes all items from the selected box. Keep in mind that these items are not automatically placed back into stock!
Not Available: Open items can be marked as unavailable (status NLB in the order line of the customer order). Via the pixi auto emails the customer is automatically informed about the non-deliverable item.
