When the offer is configured according to the requirements of your customer, you can change the offer status to Offered (OFF) and send it to the customer via e-mail. You can also export and print the offer to send it via fax - see also Export Offer.
To send an offer via e-mail to the customer:
In the navigation click Customer Service and then click Offers.
Open an offer.

Click Send file as e-mail attachment to open the Offer E-mail dialog.
From: pre-filled with the e-mail address of the owner of the offer. You can also enter an e-mail address manually.
To: pre-filled with customer e-mail address. You can also enter an e-mail address manually.
Cc: enter the e-mail address(es) which will receive a copy of this e-mail (optional).
Subject: this field is automatically filled with the offer number and current date (Offer [offer nr.] from [current date]). You can also enter custom text in the Subject field.
Body: enter the text you wish to send to the customer along with the offer (optional).
Attachment: the offer is automatically attached to the e-mail as a .pdf file. If more than one offer template is assigned to the offer owner, you must choose the export template before the offer is exported to a .pdf file.

Click Send to send the offer.
Manually entered values are stored in your browser's local storage files. Emptying the cache will delete the changes made to any e-mail template.
