There are two different ways of how to do an inventory with pixi Mobile:
(Item) Inventory: Using the Inventory program you can set the stock for one item in a bin.
Bin Inventory: Using the Bin Inventory program you can perform a continuous inventory for a whole bin.
You can also correct reported shortages from the Inventory program.
Inventory
Follow these steps to inventorize an item of a specific bin:
Choose Inventory program from the list of programs.
Scan or enter the Bin that contains the item to be inventorized.
Scan the Item Barcode.
Count the item quantity and enter it in the Quantity field.
Further down you can find the Quantity on this Bin as well as the Item Info. Click Next to proceed. The item quantity was changed to the quantity you entered before and a success message is shown.
Correcting Shortages
You can correct stock shortages from the Inventory program. To correct a stock shortage:
Choose the Inventory program from the list of programs.
-
From the three-dot menu, tap the Check Shortages option. The Shortages page appears, displaying a list of all items with reported shortages, the date the shortage was reported on and the user who reported it.
When only one combination of BM data is available in the bin, the step for entering BN and/or BBD is skipped during shortage checks, and the user only needs to enter the quantity. If more than one BM data combination is available, this step remains mandatory.
Tap an item in the list to enter a new quantity. When a quantity is entered, a normal inventory is performed.
