pixi Mobile (BETA)

General

🟪 Enhancement: In preparation for the general availability of the new .NET MAUI-based pixi Mobile app, the licensing system was updated to ensure uninterrupted access and to protect against unauthorized use. The new app version uses the same licensing logic as the previous one and continues to support existing licenses. The license check takes place at app launch during login and includes a validation of both license limits and license status. Users and devices licensed under older app versions will continue to function without manual changes. (1327254)

From there, you have two options to resolve the issue: (1290969)

In ShipRush:

  1. Open the ShipRush interface.

  2. Correct the address or other data causing the error.

  3. Print the shipping label directly from ShipRush.

  4. Then, scan the invoice again in pixi to import the updated tracking IDs.

Directly in pixi:

  1. Once you receive the error label, go to pixi Desktop Customer Service and adjust the order details (for example, the address).

  2. Scan the invoice again in pixi Web > ShipOut. This will reload the package information.
