Management of picklist profiles

You can create profiles so that you do not have to re-select the parameters for each picklist.

The pixi Shipping desktop application is no longer supporting the picklist profiles management! Profiles have to be managed in pixi Web.


Follow these steps:

  1. Open pixi* Shipping.

  2. In the tool bar click "Tools" > "Options". You'll see a dialog window displaying pixi* Settings.

  3. Select the "Picklist" category.

  4. Open the profile administration area by clicking "Profile Manager...".


Create new profile

  1. Click New.

  2. Define your picklist parameters via the usual dialog, which you see as well when configuring the parameters manually previous to picklist generation and click on "Save".

  3. Name the profile and add a short description. Confirm by clicking "Save" again.


Edit profiles

  1. Select the profile you want to edit. Click Edit.

  2. Amend the settings of respective profile and click "Save".

  3. If this is required, you can also edit profile name and description. Then click "Save" again.

Should you receive an error message when editing box range parameters, then you'll first have to process and delete all active picklists before you can continue. See also: FAQ - pixi* Shipping


Delete profile

  1. Select a profile in the Picklist Profile Manager. Then click Delete.

  2. Confirm the dialog window with YES.
