pixi 23.07

pixi 23.07 is available from 4 July 2023. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations.


API

🟩 Bug fix: The API call pixiImportProcessXML and the corresponding import job were optimized. It could happen that the imports via API call and database job blocked each other. In such cases, the parsing of the XML is done by the API call and the actual import is left to be processed by the imports job. (727720)


pixi Mobile

🟪 Enhancement: With this release, the picking order can be sorted by Manufacturer and Item name. This setting was previously only available for Replenishment in pixi Mobile. The sorting of items by bin group was removed and it now defaults to sorting by bin sort number. (437607)

Web Application

Administration (Releasing Licenses)

🟪 Enhancement: pixi Mobile licenses can now be released under Administration > Licenses. The functionality can only be operated by administrators. (742286)


Administration (User Administration – Early Access)

🟨 New Feature: The User Administration was migrated to pixi Web. The feature is still a work in progress. More updates will follow in feature releases (746422, 743700, 743692, 743698, 798651)

Controlling (Account Export – Early Access)

🟨 New Feature: The Accounting Export App (2.0) was migrated to pixi Web. It is available with pixi Early Access. Authorization to use the functionality must be granted in the Control Center. Customer Service (Customers)

🟪 Enhancement: The Merge Customers feature is now located in the action bar on the Customers page and is now available for all customers. (785442)


Customer Service (Orders)

🟩 Bug fix: When a picklist was to be created for a single order, it could happen that another order was added to the picklist whose order number was similar to the first one. (811225)

🟩 Bug fix: When reserved orders were set to NLB (not available) or STO (cancelled), the reservation still remained. When an order line with a partial quantity is now scanned into the box, the remaining reserved quantity (which matches the unscanned quantity) is now updated correctly. (813548)


Logistics (Goods Receipt)

🟩 Bug fix: Tooltips are now also shown for inactive actions. (761045)

🟩 Bug fix: Even if all settings to see the supplier price were disabled, the Total Price column was not hidden. With its value, the supplier price could be calculated by dividing it by the item quantity. (782562)


Logistics (Ship-Out)

🟦 Optimization: Various optimizations for faster creation of direct invoices. (774221)

Import & Export

plentymarkets 7 Import

🟩 Bug fix: The customs tariff number was not imported correctly. As of this release, the customs tariff number of the (item) variant has priority over the customs tariff number of the main item.

Note: From plentymarkets 7 (2019), the customs tariff number for variants can only be set in the plentymarkets settings. For items that existed before 2019, it can also be set on the main item.
To remove the customs tariff number from a variant, a blank space must be entered as the value in the settings.
If the value is deleted entirely in plentymarkets, pixi will still keep the old number. (781249)


ShipRush Integration

🟪 Enhancement: With the new setting ShipRushDefaultAutomationRuleId it is possible to apply automation rules to orders in pixi. (773857)

🟪 Enhancement: A new tab "Location Match" is available under Shipping Vendor Details page. The tab is only visible when "External Carrier service" is used.(703206)


Invoices (QR Codes)

🟩 Bug fix: The zip code and city were displayed in the wrong order. (836820)
