By offering remote training, we want to provide an alternative to documentation and video tutorials, in order to broaden the pixi know-how in your company. We do all remote training based on your data and individual needs.


How to book your personal Training

  1. Tell us the topic you need training for or choose a training package from the catalogue below.

  2. Mention 2 to 3 desired dates for the training.

  3. Send this information via e-mail to servicedesk@descartes.com.

  4. pixi Support will answer with a confirmation of appointment or possible alternative dates.

  5. Training will last 1 to 2 hours depending on the chosen topic/package. We will also send you information about how long the training will last ind the confirmation.
