To ensure a successful and smooth start with pixi*, please note the following points:
Order numbers
If possible, the order numbers in your online shop should be numerical, have at least 5 digits, but no more than 8 digits, and have as few consecutive zeroes as possible. This prevents customers from accidentally forgetting a number or pixi* recognizing a postal code as a purchase order number.
Order confirmation from the online shop
If your online shop sends an order confirmation, please make sure before the introduction of pixi*, that the order number of the customer is specified as the intended use in advance orders. So we can ensure that as many payments as possible are found during the automatic reconciliation. If necessary, ask your shop developers for help.
Orders by Paypal
If you offer Paypal as a method of payment in your online shop, the installed module can usually be set so that the order number of the customer is transferred to Paypal as a reference. Hereby can achieve an optimal payment adjustment in pixi*. If necessary, ask your shop developers for help.
