Report: Inventory - Audit (Web)


Short Description

This report shows the history of stock movements for items in the selected time frame and calculates the cumulative stock quantity and value.

Open pixi Reporting in the Web application and create a profile for Logistics > "Inventory - Audit". Afterwards, you can create the report.

Available Parameters

  • Date from - to: Choose the time span for the report.

  • Location: Choose a location from the dropdown list. If no location is selected, all locations will be considered.

  • User Name: Enter a user name, to show stock movements that were done by this user.

  • Bin Name: Enter a bin name, to show stock movements only for this bin.

  • ItemNrInt: Actually, you can enter the item's barcode in this field to filter for it.

  • Only pixi Mobile: Only display results for stock movements that were made with pixi Mobile.

After you loaded the report, the result is sorted ascending by the item's name and date of the stock movement.

Columns

  • Item Number (Artikelnr.): Contains the supplier item number of the current supplier.

  • EAN: Contains the items barcode.

  • Item Name (Artikelname): Contains the items name.

  • Date (Datum): Shows the exact date of the stock movement.

  • Bin (Lagerplatz): Shows on which bin the stock movement happened.

  • Location (Standort): Contains the bin location.

  • Quantity Change (Mengenänderung): Shows, by which quantity item stock changed on the related bin.

  • Stock (Bestand): Shows the stock quantity of the item after the stock movement.

  • Currency (Währung): Shows the supplier prices currency.

  • Supplier Price (EK): Shows the items current supplier price.

  • Total Value (Gesamtwert): Contains the overall value of the stock movement: Quantity Change * Supplier Price

  • Shop Item Number (Shop-Artikelnummer): Contains the number/code that is provided by the shop.

  • Internal Item Number (Interne Artikelnr.): Contains the internal number (if set) for the item.

  • Item ID (ItemKey): Line in which the item is located in the underlying database table.


Additional Information

  • Note that this report shows only manual stock movements, for example, Put to Stock or Relocate, which are not automatically triggered by pixi processes.
