Manual Booking Events
When creating a manual booking event, you can define the Account ID, Account Number, Account Description and the Amount (positive or negative). When this booking event was once used, you can only change the Account Number.
If you want to change an already existing manual booking event, a warning message is shown. You are only able to change the Account Number.
Access Permissions of the Customer Account
Access permissions of the Customer Account can be managed in the user administration in the pixi* Control Center application. You can get there by clicking Tools > Administration > User administration > Roles and permissions tab. Select one role and click Edit Role. Activate the checkbox for "Tab_Account_View" in the Customer Service group.
By default, showing the Customer Account is only enabled for the Pixi* Administrator role. You can activate this permission also for other employees in customer service department.
If this permission is not set, the following information are not visible:

right click for the Customer Account in the pixi* Payments application
Automatic Payment Creation for specific Payment Types
The setting CA Auto Create Payment is a setting for payment types. After an order was imported from the shop, a payment is automatically created which has the same value as the order amount.
You can see the created payment events in pixi* Customer Account. The payment events are matched to invoices after they are created.
The automatic payment event can only be created, when the order is closed.
You can see all available payment types in pixi* Control Center > Tables > Payment Types. Only pixi* Support can edit values in this table.
Requirements:
A manual booking event was created in pixi* Customer Account.
The Account ID for this booking event is set for the setting CA - Event ID for Auto Created Events in pixi* Control Center > Tables > Payment Types.
Automatic Payment Events for Refunds
It is possible to configure a payment type to have a payment event created automatically in the Customer Account when a refund is completed.
The payment event is automatically created when a return case is completed with refund option set to "Do not create DTAUS/SEPA". It has the same amount as the credit and is automatically matched to it.
Configuration:
In pixi* Control Center > Tables > Payment Types > open a payment type for which you want to enable creation of automatic payment events for refunds. In the Refund Event ID drop down, select a customer account event type that you want to use for this auto generated event.
