You can change permissions to access different areas of pixi Web Application for each user.
Go to pixi Control Center > Tools > Administration > User Management.
Select the tab Roles and Permissions and click Edit Role (or add a new role) > tab Role Permissions.
Group Delivery
Allowed to use application Delivery: Enable or disable the permission to use Delivery functionality in pixi Web application - the same setting is also used for pixi desktop Delivery application.
Allowed to use Buying in the pixi Web application: Enable or disable the permission to use Buying functionality in pixi Web application.
User is allowed to re-open closed deliveries: Enable or disable the permission to be able to reopen deliveries in status Closed or Invoiced in pixi desktop Delivery application or for Deliveries in the pixi Web application. This allows users to change the supplier price and the delivered quantity of items. This setting is disabled by default.
User is allowed to edit Supplier Price (EK) on closed deliveries: Enable or disable this permission to be able to edit the supplier price for deliveries in status Closed in pixi desktop Delivery application or for Deliveries in the pixi Web application. This setting is enabled for the pixi administrator role by default.

Allowed to use Item Management in the pixi Web Application: Enable or disable the permission to use Item Management functionality in pixi Web application
Group Offer Management
Allowed to use Offer Management in the pixi Web Application: Enable or disable the permission to use Offer Management functionality in pixi Web application.
Group Dashboards
Enable or disable the visibility of the pixi Web Dashboards and widgets.

If a user does not have proper permissions, a message is displayed in the pixi Web Application.
Note: User permissions are cached to ensure a quicker and more fluid application. If you change the permissions for a user, you might need to wait for up to 30 minutes for the permissions to take effect.
