You can check the list of all customer orders that are currently available in the system in the pixi Web application under Customer Service > Orders to assign and remove tags from orders.
This especially helps when prioritizing orders in the shipping process.

Assign Tags to Multiple Orders
Open the Customer Orders list in pixi Web > Customer Service > Orders.
Select one or multiple orders you wish to add one or several tags to.
Hover over Manage Tags
and click Assign Tags in the toolbar.
In the dialog select the tags from the list of tags. Start typing the name of the tag to filter the list.
Click Assign to save changes and close the dialog.
Remove Tags from Multiple Orders
Open the Customer Orders list in pixi Web > Customer Service > Orders.
Select one or multiple orders you wish to remove one or several tags from.
Hover over Manage Tags
and click Remove Tags in the toolbar.
Tags assigned to at least one of the selected items are displayed. Remove tags by clicking on x of the tag you want to remove.
Click Remove to save changes and close the dialog.
