Historic EK


Short Description

This report shows the historic Supplier Prices of an Item, including the delivery date of each transaction.
Open the Reports section in pixi Web. Here you can generate the Historic EK report by first creating the corresponding report profile (Procedure: Report_HistoricalSupplPrices).



Available Parameters

The following parameters are available in this report:

  • Report name: Enter a name for the report.

  • From - To: Define the time period for the analysis.

  • Category: Select a specific category for the report. If no category is selected, all categories will be included.

  • Supplier: Select a specific Supplier for the report. If no Supplier is selected, all Suppliers will be included.

  • Item Name: Enter the Item Name. If left blank, all Items will be included.

  • Barcode: Enter the EAN. If left blank, all Items will be included.

  • Item Number: Enter the Item Number/ID. If left blank, all Items will be included.



Results

  • Supplier: Displays the Supplier that was active for the respective Item at the time of delivery.

  • Delivered Qty.: Displays the delivered quantity of the Item.

  • Expected Delivery Date: Displays the delivery date of the Item.

  • Current Supplier Price: Displays the current Supplier Price.

  • Supplier Price at Delivery: Displays the Supplier Price recorded at the time of delivery.

  • Supplier Item Number: Displays the Supplier Item Number for the corresponding Item line.

  • Item EAN: Displays the barcode for the corresponding Item line.

  • Item Name: Displays the name of the Item.


Additional Information

The Expected Delivery Date column reflects the “Processed” date of the delivery. If the delivery is edited at a later point in time, this date may differ from the actual delivery date of the Item.
