Short Description
The "Turnover by Customers" report shows the generated net turnover by customers.
Open pixi Reports application and choose the report "Turnover by Customers" under the Sales directory.
Available Parameters
You can filter the report by multiple parameters:
From, To date (required): Start date from which the sold items should be counted in the report.
Shop: Show sold items for a specific shop only. If no shop is selected, then all shops are considered.
Customers Turnover is more than: Specify the minimum turnover of customers to be shown in the report.
Country: Specify the shipping country, for which customers should be shown.
The report is sorted by internal customer number (CustKey).
Results
Customer Number (Kundennummer): Shows the customer number from pixi* Customer Service.
Name: Shows the customers first and last name.
E-Mail: Shows the customers e-mail address.
Sold (Verkaufte): Shows the sold item quantity.
Returned (Retouren): Shows the returned item quantity.
Currency (Währung): Shows the shop currency.
Net Turnover (Nettoumsatz): Shows the customers net turnover based on sales and returns.
Open Amounts (Offene Beträge): Shows the customers balance.
Last Order (Letzte Bestellung): Shows the creation date of the latest invoice.
Country (Land): Shows the customers shipping country.
Additional Information
The values shown in this report only include data from pixi Customer Service.
Replaced items also count as returns!
