How to Change Your User Password
To change your user password, follow these steps:
In the blue navigation bar, click the dropdown menu under your username.
Select My Profile Settings.
Click the key icon.

On the Change Password popup, enter the following information:
Current password: Enter your existing password
New password: Enter your new password.
Confirm password: Enter your new password to confirm.
Click Change to save your new password.
Password Requirements
For security reasons, the following criteria should be met when creating a user password in pixi:
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one special character
At least 12 characters long but no more than 60 characters

How often does my password expire?
The expiration interval is set by your administrator and can vary by user or profile. When you change your password, the new expiration date is automatically calculated from the current date.
Can I see or change my password expiration date?
No. The expiration date is not visible and editable. You will receive a notification message on login 14 days before your password expires.
What happens if my password expires?
You won’t be able to log in until you change it. Expired passwords are strictly enforced.
What if an administrator resets my password?
The password will be reset and you’ll receive a temporary password via email. On your next login, you’ll be required to change it. The expiration date will also reset.
Can I change my password from the desktop app?
No. Password changes are only possible via pixi Web.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, contact your administrator. They can reset it for you, and you'll receive an auto-generated password via email. You’ll be required to set a new password the next time you log in.
How much time do I have to change my password when I receive the expiration message?
pixi displays the message "Time to change your password. It will expire in X days" when you login. The message is first displayed 14 days before the expiration.
Can I change my password in pixi Mobile?
No. You can only change your user password in pixi Web.
