pixi 25.01 is available from 14 January 2025. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads.
API
🟪 Enhancement: The API call pixiGetDeliveryItem now returns batch data (BBD and batch number). (1135475)
pixi Mobile
Cross Docking
🟩 Bug fix: We have fixed a bug in the Cross Docking program that caused items to be incorrectly displayed as "Not Ordered," even when they were part of an open customer order. (1137272)
Picklist
🟩 Bug fix: When items were picked into transport bins, not all items were correctly assigned to the transport bins. (1068639)
🟩 Bug fix: If two users scanned the last two items of a picklist at the same time, the transport bin remained linked to the picklist and could not be used for further picking. (1127905)
🟪 Enhancement: The behaviour when checking batch data is now improved. When picking items with different batch data to a transport bin, the pop-up window for checking the batch data is only displayed if items with different data are in the bin. If all items in the bin have the same batch data, no pop-up message for checking the data is displayed. (1115081)
Replenishment
🟩 Bug fix: When creating a new replenishment document, pixi did not take into account replenishment documents that had not yet been processed. As a result, items could be listed multiple times in different documents. (1046947)
🟩 Bug fix: After a replenishment document was deleted that had already been assigned transport bins, pixi did not release the transport bins. (1153807)
Web Application
Purchasing (Purchase Orders)
🟪 Enhancement: It is now possible to change the status of Purchase Orders from CON back to ORD. This enables you to edit the Purchase order even if your supplier informs you about the changes after the order has already been confirmed.
Logistics (Goods Receipt)
🟩 Bug fix: When a new goods receipt document was opened, pixi did not automatically display page 1. Instead, the page the user viewed before closing the document was opened. (1134116)
Logistics (Picklists)
🟩 Bug fix: If a user tried to assign a transport bin to a new picklist, but this bin was already assigned to a picklist that was no longer valid or empty, the assignment could not be made. The transport bins were not released by the system. Now, as soon as a transport bin is used and a picklist becomes invalid, the same transport bin can be reused. (1099831)
🟩 Bug fix: For 1SS picklists with the High Volume 1-Scan Shipping parameter enabled, batch data had to be entered if there was one combination of best before dates and batch numbers. The prompt to enter the data was removed. If there are still multiple combinations of BBD/BN for the items, the system removes the 1SS- High Volume indicator, so that the data must consequently be entered or confirmed individually. (1103168)
Logistics (Scan-In)
🟪 Enhancement: A new database setting is available: Scan-In – Summarize Split Order Lines. When this setting is enabled, item quantities from the same order are combined. Instead of scanning each item multiple times for each order line, you only need to scan the item once and then confirm or adjust the quantity as needed. However, the aggregation does not apply to certain items, including those with serial numbers (SN), personalized items or 1SS picklists. In these cases, scanning works as before, without the setting enabled. This functionality is exclusive to Scan-In on the web. (1075840)
Logistics (Ship-Out)
🟦 Optimization: Various improvements for more stability and reliable performance. (1134580)
Desktop Applications
Customer Service
🟩 Bug fix: The location of the order or order line could be changed if the order or an order line is on the picklist. (1139311)
Payments
🟪 Enhancement: The SEPA export file format (XML) has been updated to comply with the latest SEPA version 3.4 specifications. The number of transactions (<NbOfTxs>) and the control sum (<CtrlSum>) are now included in the header. In addition, the name of the initiating party (<initgPty>) now correctly reflects the name of the account holder. (1134757)
