Offer Templates


You can create and manage your offer templates. Add special templates which are assigned to you or other users and meet specific requirements.


Add Offer Template

  1. In the navigation click Administration and then click Templates.

  2. Click the Offers tab.

  3. Click New Offer Template in the toolbar.

  4. Enter the name of the template and add the description.

  5. Click Choose file (Google Chrome) or Browse (Mozilla Firefox) and find the desired template on your computer. Select the template and click Open. Note: You can create new or edit existing template files in the Template Editor on your computer.

  6. Define users that will be able to use this template:

    1. Make sure that Assign to all users checkbox is selected if you want all users will be able to use this template.

    2. If you want to assign the template to specific users first make sure to uncheck Assign to all users checkbox. Then add specific users to the field below.

  7. Click OK to save the template.


Edit Offer Template

  1. In the navigation click Administration and then click Templates.

  2. Click the Offers tab.

  3. Choose a template from the list.

  4. Click Open in the toolbar and edit the template information:

    1. Change the name and the description of the template.

    2. Click on the .repx template file name to download it to your computer. You can edit the template file with the Template Editor on your computer.

    3. Add an updated template file or add a different template file.

    4. Assign or un-assign users for this template.

  5. Click OK to save your changes.

Assigned users are also shown in the Assigned Users column in the list of templates.


Delete Offer Template

  1. In the navigation click Administration and then click Templates.

  2. Click the Offers tab.

  3. Choose a template from the list.

  4. Click Delete in the toolbar.

The system template can't be deleted but can be modified. All users are assigned to the system template.
