Short Description

The sold items report displays information about sold items and returns for a specific time frame. Besides that, is also shows a comparison between the time frame you specify (LJ) and the same time frame a year ago (VJ).

Open pixi Reports application and choose the report "Sold Items" under the Sales directory.

Available Parameters

You can filter the report by multiple parameters:

From date (required): Start date from which the sold items should be counted in the report.
To date (required): End date to which the sold items should be counted in the report.
Shop: Show sold items for a specific shop only.
Category: Show only items that have a specific category assigned.
Supplier: Only show the items and data for a selected supplier.

Results

Stock (Bestand): Current stock of the item in pixi.
Sales CY (Verkauf LJ): Number of sold items based on a selected time frame.
Returns CY (Retouren LJ): Number of returned items for a selected time frame.
Total CY (Gesamt LJ): Number of sold items reduced by the number of returned items for a selected time frame.
Total YA (Gesamt VJ): Number of sold items reduced by number of returned items for a selected time frame a year ago.
Delta (Differenz): Difference between the Totals for the selected time frame and the same time frame a year ago.

LJ = laufendes Jahr = current year = CY
VJ = vergangenes Jahr = a year ago = YA
