Pick to Box
🟪 Enhancement: Various improvements for items with tags. (666956)
If the tags SN, BN and BBD are assigned to an item:
the field values are prefilled from the GS1 code
when only the barcode is scanned, the BN and BBD are prefilled with the BM data that is shown in the item info section.
If the tag BN and BBD are assigned to an item and no SN tag is assigned:
the SN input field is not shown, and only the item quantity must be entered.
Replenishment
Overview
Replenishment was enhanced with various new functionalities. Here are the key features at a glance (more information below):
New functionality to report shortages
New functionality to reverse the sort order
New functionality to mark a transport bin as full
New functionality to complete the putting process via Transport Bin Empty in case items are missing from the transport bin
General
🟩 Bug fix: Several modifications to the Replenishment backend. (686518)
🟪 Enhancement: The program logic was optimized for better usability: (686558)
When an item with a batch number is scanned in either Pick or Put, the button Continue does not need to be pressed. When a batch number is entered manually, the button needs to be pressed.
When a BBD is selected in the calendar, the button OK needs to be pressed. If a wrong BBD is entered, a warning will be shown after Continue is pressed.
List (Creating Replenishments)
🟪 Enhancement: The last entered value for Max. Items per Replenishment is cached on the device when a document is created. The cached value is overwritten when a new document is created. (686549)
Pick
🟩 Bug fix: When the Replenishment program or the entire app was closed during the picking process, users were unable to continue working on their replenishment document. pixi 22.11 allows users to continue working where they left the process. If the program/app is closed and an item has Batch Management data enabled, and only the item code has been scanned, the screen for entering the data is shown again (after turning the screen off/on, or pressing the home button). (686555)
🟪 Enhancement: A new functionality was implemented: Reverse Sort Order. This option is available in the three-dots menu. Use the functionality to reverse the order of items on a document. The sort order can be reversed to its default when the option is pressed again. (653131)
🟪 Enhancement: A new functionality was implemented: Transport Bin Full. This option is available in the three-dots menu. When the transport bin is full during picking, select Transport Bin Full in the three-dot menu to scan another transport bin and proceed with the picking process. If you select Close, you will close the document without having all the items picked. The missing items will be displayed in the overview in the section Not Picked Items Qty. (662767)
🟪 Enhancement: A new functionality was implemented: Report Shortage. This option is available in the three-dots menu. When you notice a stock shortage during the picking process, you can report the shortage directly while working on your replenishment. The shortage can be viewed in the process in the Inventory program (in pixi Mobile). Additionally, after the document is completed, the missing items are shown as Not Picked Items Qty in the overview. (686940, 696848)
Put
🟩 Bug fix: When items with GS1 codes were put to stock, it could happen that replenishment documents were not completed and transport bins were not released as empty. (686883)
🟪 Enhancement: A new functionality was implemented: Transport Bin Empty. When items are missing from the transport bin during the put process, you can use this functionality to mark the items as unavailable. Once the option is pressed, you'll be redirected to an overview. The items will be booked into the Inventory program in pixi Mobile. (691083)
Scan-In
🟪 Enhancement: Various improvements for items with tags. (666956)
In the tags BBD, BN and SN are assigned to an item:
-
and an EAN/UPC code is scanned:
BN and BBD are prefilled with the latest option that is in stock,
the SN field remains empty.
-
and a GS1 code is scanned:
BN and BBD are prefilled from the GS1 code data
the SN field remains empty.
In case the item has only BBD and BN tags assigned, the same rules apply, and only the SN input field is not displayed.
