In the navigation click Customers and then click Offers.
In the list of offers open the offer you want to export.
Point to Export and select one of the available options (PDF, CSV, RTF).
Select a template from the list of available templates. This option is only available if you have more than one template assigned to yourself. It works for exporting to PDF and RTF.
Based on your browser and operation system you can open or save the file.
You can export an offer to the following formats:
PDF: portable document format by Adobe
A document template is provided and preconfigured. Note that the template can be customized and you can contact pixi* Support/Consulting for individual configuration of the template.CSV: comma separated values file, can be used in spreadsheet editors (for example, Microsoft Excel).
When you export an offer only offer lines table is exported. In case you reorganize the table, the exact view is exported. Header information is not included in the export file.RTF: rich text format, can be used in text editors (for example, Microsoft Word).
A document template is provided and preconfigured. You can customize the exported document in your text editor.
