Ship-Out of picked and scanned Orders

The Ship-Out of each customer order is being processed when the Scan-In of the items is completed and after these were placed into the shipping boxes. An invoice is automatically printed when a box is deemed "complete", meaning that all order lines of a particular order went through the Scan-In process. Using the Ship-Out tab, you then scan the invoice number or the box number, the shipping label is printed, the items are boxed in suitable packaging and passed on to the shipping vendor.

The Ship-Out completes the order processing by scanning or manually entering the box number or the invoice bar code label. Optionally, Ship-Out transfers the data to a shipping vendor software. Also optionally, you can process credit card payments and/or trigger a shipping confirmation email being sent to the customer. The weight input is also optional.
