In pixi* you'll find 3 different e-mail categories:
There are several different e-mail types with at least one default template in each category.
Customer Service e-mails
Here you will find all e-mails which can be sent to your customers manually via the pixi* Customer Service app. To do this, click "New e-mail" in the respective tabs, then select one of the stored templates.
Customer e-mails
These e-mails are sent via the Customer Details tab in pixi* Customer Service.
E-mails relating to Orders
These e-mails are sent via the Orders tab of pixi* Customer Service.
E-mails relating to Invoices
E-mails relating to order invoices are sent via the Invoices tab of pixi* Customer Service.
E-mails relating to Credits
These e-mails are sent via the Credits tab of pixi* Customer Service.
API e-mails relating to Invoices
These e-mails are sent for the DHL Feedback app.
Automatic e-mails
Here you will find e-mails, which will be automatically sent to your customers triggered by an event in pixi*. The e-mail of the customer from the invoice address is used as the recipient e-mail address of all e-mail types.
Order Confirmation
This e-mail is created after an order has been imported and all order lines have the status HAL or ANG.
HAL7 - 1st payment reminder
This e-mail is created if all order lines have the status HAL since x days and this status has not been changed.
HAL14 - 2nd payment reminder
This e-mail is generated when the 1st payment reminder has already been sent to the customer and the order has been x-days in the status HAL.
Payment Received
This e-mail is created when the order is released via pixi* Payments for shipping or when the order is released manually in the pixi* Customer Service for shipping.
DLY (first delivery delay)
This e-mail is created if one or more order lines have the status ANG for x days and this status has not been changed.
DLF (second delivery delay)
This e-mail is created if a DLY e-mail has already been sent for the order line(s) and the order line(s) has (have) been changed to ANG x days.
NLB (Single orderlines)
This e-mail is created if at least one but not all order lines of the order are set to the status NLB (not available).
NLB
This e-mail is created when all order lines of an order are set to the status NLB (not available).
STO Partial e-mail
This e-mail is created if at least one but not all order lines of the customer order are set to the status STO (canceled). It does not matter whether the status is set via an automatic event or manually.
STO Complete e-mail
This e-mail is created when all order lines of an order are set to STO (canceled). It does not matter whether the status is set via an automatic event or manually.
EIN
This e-mail is created if the items are in the box for at least 10 minutes and the order lines have the status EIN.
Order Sent Partially
This e-mail is created when the Scan-Out has been carried out successfully and at least one but not all order lines of the order are set to the status AUS (shipped).
Order Sent Partially (incl. NLB Items)
This e-mail is created when the Scan-Out has been successfully executed and at least one but not all order lines of the order are set to the status AUS (shipped) and at least one order line has the status NLB.
Order Sent Completely
This e-mail is created when the Scan-Out has been successfully executed and all order lines of the order have been set to the status AUS (shipped). The e-mail from the billing address is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Order Sent Completely (incl. NLB Items)
This e-mail is created when the Scan-Out has been successfully executed, all order lines of the order have been set to the status AUS (shipped), and at least one order line has the status NLB.
Please note that it is not possible to send random order sent emails retrospectively after activating them. There is a fixed block of 4 days, which means that emails can only be sent for a period of four days before their activation.
Return received
This e-mail is used for returns that were recorded in pixi Mobile, but a refund has not yet been initiated. Emails are created in status REC when all return lines are closed in Mobile.
RET
This e-mail is created if at least one order line of the invoice is set to the status RET (returned) using the return wizard.
SFU - Follow up
This e-mail is created when x days have passed since the order was sent. If no delivery takes place on one or more days of the week (e.g. bank holidays), this e-mail is not created.
REM1/2/3/4/5
This e-mail is created when a reminder has been successfully created via a payment reminder wizard and has been selected in the options to send the reminder via e-mail.
System e-mails
Here you will find e-mails, which will send you important information about pixi* automatically.
Order With Shop Note
This e-mail is created when the customer has entered an order comment. The e-mail address from the table "Shops" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Order import errors
This e-mail is created when an order could not be imported into pixi* due to an error. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Item import errors
This e-mail is created if an item could not be imported into pixi* due to an error. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Imp_Exception
This e-mail is created when the imported XML is not complete. The recipient's e-mail address is "critical_imports@pixi.eu".
Daily Export Report
This e-mail is created daily and includes a statistic about item and order export. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Daily Import Report
This e-mail is created daily and contains a statistic about the item and order import. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
ChannelsError
This e-mail is created when an error occurs in the shop connection. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Credit Card Authorization Error e-mail
This e-mail is created when an error occurs during the authorization of the credit card. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Credit Card Capture Error e-mail
This e-mail is created when a credit card booking error occurs. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Send Login Data
This e-mail is created when you send the registration data to the user in the pixi* user administration. The deposited e-mail address of the respective user account is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Reminders Failed e-mail
This e-mail is created daily and includes the number of failed payment reminder e-mails. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Max hours since last e-mail created
This e-mail is created if no e-mail has been created for x hours. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Max hours since last e-mail sent
This e-mail is created if no e-mail has been sent for x hours. It is recommended to store different SMTP data in the e-mail type settings. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Max e-mails For Recipient
This e-mail is created when x e-mails are sent to the same customer within an hour. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Max e-mails in OutBox
This e-mail is created when the entered limit of x e-mails in the mail outbox has been exceeded. The e-mail address from the database setting "Test e-mail address" is used as the recipient e-mail address.
Export Document
This email is generated when, in pixi Web > Controlling > Reporting > Report Profile, the automatic email dispatch of generated reports is enabled. These reports are created at a specified time using the schedule function.
