Returns by Items - Details

Short Description

This report displays the items from returns that are shown in the pixi web application under Customer Service > Returns.

Go to Controlling > Reporting and create a profile (the report "Returns by Items - Details" is located in the Sales report group). Then generate the report (Procedure: "Report_ReturnsByItemDetails").




Available Parameters

You can filter the report by multiple parameters:

  • From date (required): Start date from which the returned items should be shown in the report.

  • To date (required): End date to which the returned items should be shown in the report.

  • Category: Show only items that have a specific category assigned.

  • Item Name/EAN: Enter an item's name or EAN to show only returns for items that match the entered value.

  • Return Reason: Select the return reason you want to filter for. You can select one of the reasons that are configured in the pixi Web application under Customers Service > Returns > Settings.

  • Return Status: Select the return status you want to filter for. Selectable statuses are:

    • New

    • Received

    • Credited

    • All

  • Item Classification: Select the item's quality classification you want to filter for. You can choose between 3 classifications.

    • OK

    • Quality Check

    • Damaged

  • Item Tag: Select the item tag you want to filter for.

Results

  • Credit: In case the return has already been credited, the corresponding credit number is shown here

  • Return: Shows the return case number the item belongs to

  • Item Name: Shows the item name

  • EAN: Shows the item barcode

  • Status: Shows the current status of the return the item belongs to

  • Qty: Shows the returned quantity of the item

  • Return Reason: Shows the return reason that is assigned to the item in the return case

  • Classification: Shows the item classification that is assigned to the item

  • Category: Shows the item's category

  • Date: Shows the creation date of the return


Additional Information

  • The report does not show credits that have been created using the Returns Wizard in pixi Customer Service application! It shows the returns that have been created with pixi* Mobile.
