Create a Return

Return cases can only be created using the Returns program in pixi Mobile. Therefore, please check this article which describes how to do this:

Delete a Return

Return cases can only be deleted in pixi Web.

  1. Open the list of returns in pixi Web > Customer Service > Returns.

  2. Select the return case you want to delete and open it.

    Info: Only returns in status REC can be deleted.

  3. Click the symbol and confirm the dialog with Delete.

Note: Please note that stock movements are not automatically done when deleting return cases. If stock needs to be corrected after deleting a return, this needs to be done manually!
