pixi 26.04 is available from 7 April 2026. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads. pixi 26.05 is released on 05.05.2026.
Upcoming Two-Factor-Authentication Changes – Action Recommended
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be enforced for all customers on 21.04.2026. To access all 2FA configuration options, including 2FA-exempt roles, you must be on a supported release (26.02 or later). Older releases will use the default 2FA behavior and exemptions will not be available.
We recommend upgrading as early as possible to ensure a smooth transition. More information is available here.

🟩 Resolved Issue: The API call pixiGetDeliveryItem now returns only unique batch management (BM) data in the XML response. Previously, duplicate entries were returned.
Known Issue: When multiple lines exist for the same item on a goods receipt document (for example, when multiple purchase orders containing the same item are used as a template), the API returns identical BM data in the XML section for each line item. This behavior aligns with the original implementation. When consuming data through API, ensure you account for this scenario by handling BM data at the item level rather than per line item. (1433881)

🟩 Resolved Issue: We resolved an issue in Reports > Accounting > EU VAT (from 07/01/2021) where the Total_Net value was calculated incorrectly. The report now displays the correct Total_Net amount. (1403932)
🟪 Enhancement: Reports now generate XLSX, PDF, and JSON files that are stored in Document Storage during report generation. Generation time depends on the number of returned records; larger reports, particularly those producing large XLSX files, may require more time to complete. Once generated, downloading the XLSX file is faster because the file is already available in Document Storage, although download speed may still depend on the connection between the client and server. Deleting a Report Profile removes all associated files in Document Storage created based on that profile’s report style. Deleting a Report removes both the intermediate documents and all generated files related to that report. (1363261)
