pixi 26.10

pixi 26.10 is available from 6 October 2026. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads. pixi 26.11 is released on 3 November 2026.

API

🟧 New Feature: A new API call is now available: pixiGetPackageDimensions. The call returns the available package dimensions to help you find a valid @PackageDimensionId for pixiCreateInvoicePackage without looking it up in the database. The response includes each dimension's ID, code, name, length, height, width, maximum weight, units of measurement and whether it is predefined. Disabled dimensions are excluded by default. To include them, set @ReturnAll to "1". (1485649)

🟩 Resolved Issue The pixiReport_ItemsOnStockWithBatchManagement API call did not return Best Before Dates (BBD) when the @BestBeforeDateFrom and @BestBeforeDateTo parameters were omitted. Because the call limited results to items with a BBD of the current day, the BBD column was empty and a request for a single item returned no results. (1575064)

🟦 Optimization: The pixiReadCustomerAccountMatch API call now returns results in under 0.1 seconds. On databases with a lot of data it could previously take 10 seconds or more. (1517983)

pixi Messaging

🟩 Resolved Issue: We resolved an issue where repeated stock changes for the same item did not always trigger the pixiEXIttemStockChangedExtended and pixiEXItemStockChanged events when export processing was delayed. (1477834)

pixi Mobile

General

🟪 Enhancement: pixi Mobile now informs users when login is refused because their password has expired and directs them to contact their administrator for a password reset. Previously, pixi Mobile displayed only a generic login failure message. This behavior is now consistent with pixi Web. (1463747)

🟩 Resolved Issue: When scanning a UDI or GS1 barcode in pixi Mobile, a Best Before Date in 2030 or later was read as the previous century (for example, 2030 as 1930). The Best Before Date from the barcode is now read correctly. (1580628)

Cross Docking

🟩 Resolved Issue: We resolved an issue in Cross Docking where the stock operation updated inventory with a different quantity than the quantity shown on the Last scan label, causing inventory inconsistencies. (1580430)

Goods Receipt

🟩 Resolved Issue: We resolved an issue in pixi Mobile on Zebra devices where scanning a Batch Number in the goods receipt process automatically advanced when a Best Before Date (BBD) was also required. Both values must now be entered before selecting Continue, preventing bin or location barcodes from being unintentionally entered in these fields. Additionally, barcode scans are ignored while a date picker or message dialog is open. (1547282)

🟩 Resolved Issue The system did not respect the Use packing unit toggle for serial-numbered (SN) items. (1580430)

🟩 Resolved Issue: In Goods Receipt, deleting an item from the Scanned Items list and tapping the back arrow now returns you to the goods receipt you were working on, instead of to the list of open goods receipts. (1574986)

Pick to Box

🟩 Resolved Issue: In Pick to Box, shared items are no longer split across orders. Each order is now completed into its own box before the next one begins. (1495732)

🟩 Resolved Issue: In Pick to Box, Mobile Ship-Out items with a batch number and/or best-before date are now always processed with quantity 1. Previously such an item could show the Confirm Quantity screen with the full order-line quantity instead of booking a single unit. This applies to items tagged with batch number only, best-before date only, or both. (1581281)

Put to Stock / Take from Stock

🟩 Resolved Issue: In Put to Stock and Take from Stock, the default Stock movement type is now pre-selected. Previously no type was pre-selected, so operators had to choose one manually each time. (1494087)

Returns

🟪 Enhancement: A returned item is now visually marked as returned immediately when it is put to the bin. (1478169)

🟩 Resolved Issue: The non-functional Print item label option has been removed from the Mobile Returns program; it previously had no effect when enabled. (1570345)

🟩 Resolved Issue: When a return has multiple items, each item now displays the correct name and image. Previously, all items could show the name and image of the first returned item. (1585021)

Scan-In

🟩 Resolved Issue: In Scan-In, the item and destination Box shown are now always those of the current scan. Previously, on a slow connection, the previous item's details could flash briefly before the correct data loaded, which risked an item being placed into the wrong box. (1580310)

pixi Web

Administration (Developer)

🟪 Enhancement: A new Developer page is available under Administration, providing useful links to pixi documentation resources. The Open pixi Messaging Web Administration action has moved here from User Administration > Users, and the page is available to users with the new Developer permission (Roles > Permissions > General > Developer or alternatively User Administration (Web pixi)). (1592662)

Administration (Users)

🟪 Enhancement: The Open pixi Messaging Web Administration is no longer available under User Administration > Users. The access point is now available on the page Adminsitration > Developer. (1553421)

Customer Service (Offers)

🟪 Enhancement: The Account owner field now supports up to 255 characters (previously 27), so long customer and company names are saved in full. (1362001)

Item Management (Items)

🟩 Resolved Issue: Item label printing now uses the item codes from the selected row when an item has multiple records for the same supplier. (1486003)

Logistics (Goods Receipt)

🟩 Resolved Issue: The Goods Receipt detail header now shows the Location Name in the Location field instead of the Company, which is not unique to a location. (1569353)

Logistics (Stock)

🟪 Enhancement: Order lines with the FUT status are now deducted from available stock when the DB setting Include FUT Status for Supplier Orders is enabled. Bundle stock calculation now also treats FUT order lines as open orders and reduces the available bundle stock accordingly. (1513649)

Printing Rules

🟩 Resolved Issue: Printing external PDF invoices via URL no longer fails with an Adobe® Reader® "file not found" error. (1580140)

pixi Desktop

Control Center

🟪 Enhancement: You can now set the hour at which pixi starts creating or sending reminder emails each day, using the new Control Center setting Auto e-mails - Reminder Mail Processing Start Hour. Enter the hour in 24-hour format; the default is 21 (9:00 PM). (1579253)

Payments

🟪 Enhancement: pixi now supports SEPA 3.7 and SEPA 3.8, in preparation for the November 2026 SEPA requirements, and the configured SEPA version is now shown in the Shops table. SEPA 3.7 and 3.8 require the database setting DTAUS / SEPA by Shop activated and shop-specific bank information configured for each shop in the Shops table. (1535327)

Integrations

PlentyONE

🟪 Enhancement: A new channel setting is available: Picklist lock status. Set the new channel setting to the status ID you have defined in plentyONE for picking/locked (plenty 5.2). If the field is empty or the channel is disabled, no locking occurs. If it is enabled and a picklist is created in pixi for an order from plentyONE, the order is now automatically locked in plentyONE so it can no longer be changed. (1594250)

🟩 Resolved Issue: On plentyONE channels with Support Split Orders channel setting enabled, orders (order type 2) and warranty orders (order type 5) are now import into pixi, instead of remaining at the "ready to import" status in plentyONE. Channels that do not use split-order mode are unaffected. (1559827, 1578933)

🟩 Resolved Issue: The Order Details page now displays the correct currency symbol for plentyONE imported orders. (1605582)

🟦 Optimization: We improved picklist lock export processing. Orders are now locked in plentyONE more quickly after picklist creation, even during long-running synchronization processes. Customers not using the picklist lock feature are not affected by unnecessary processing anymore. (1616163)
