Several return reasons can be created and used in pixi*. Return reasons that are created in this list can only be used in the "Return" program in pixi* Mobile.

You can open the return reason management through the pixi* Web application > Customer Service > Returns > Settings.
In case they are not needed you can deactivate the reasons that were created by default.
Tip: Changes to return reasons only take effect after you logged in to pixi* Mobile again.
Create
Click
to create a new return reason.

Enter a code as well as a name for the reason. Both information is shown in the list of return reasons in pixi* Mobile.
Code: The Code consists of max. 3 characters (alphanumeric). Predefined return reasons are marked with a code consisting of 3 characters (1XX).
Name: Enter a description of the return reason.
Confirm the new reason by clicking Create.
Info: Do not enter a description for a return reason which is too long to be completely shown in pixi* Mobile.
Edit
Manually created return reasons can be edited clicking .
You can change the Code as well as the Name.
Tip: Please note that already used, manually created return reasons can also be edited. In case you do this, all datasets that are connected to this reason will also change (reports & return cases). Therefore, we recommend either changing already used return reasons only in case of spelling mistakes or deactivating the ones that are not needed anymore.
Disable/Enable
All return reasons can be disabled and also be enabled again.
Simply select a return reason and click . The status of the reason will change to "Enabled" or "Disabled".
Deactivated return reasons cannot be used to create a return in pixi* Mobile. They are not shown in the list of return reasons.
Delete
Manually created return reasons can be deleted by clicking if they were not used, yet.
