First, select corresponding buttons Put into Stock (F5) or Take from Stock (F6) at the top right-hand side corner of the pixi Inventory application.
Notes:
- Large item quantities (from 15,000) can only be put into stock after 06:00 p.m. from version pixi AVA Official.
- Bundles can't be taken from stock as there is no physical stock level involved. To increase or decrease the available stock for certain bundles, you must put the items contained in the bundle into stock or take them from stock.
Enter the following information:
Quantity
Barcode
Bin number
Alternatively, you have the option to select the items that are to be taken from stock via the Item Search at the bottom of the pixi Inventory application and add them by double-clicking the corresponding search entry.
If you want to take items from stock, and you confirm doing so via the button Confirm bin, then a window is opening for selection of item movement type. Please select the corresponding reason. The item isn't taken from stock. If you don't select a reason, click on the button Cancel. The reason for taking from stock is saved to the History.
