Templates - pixi Shipping

Using the Template Editor in the pixi Shipping application you can modify picklist templates. Make sure the templates are present on our computer and are saved in C:\pixi\templates. We can also support you (billable) with changing your templates.

Important:

  • Create a backup of the template before working on it.

  • Changes to templates are done at one's own risk. pixi doesn't support such templates.

  • Changes that are implemented by the pixi Support are billable.

Calc & Preview

In case you are not able to modify the template only using the available variables, you can also do some customized coding using the Calc tab in the Template Editor.

Note: However, use this with caution as it can cause picklist templates to not work properly! Support effort needed to fix issues resulting from misuse might be charged by support.

After changing the templates as planned, you can check the preview any time. Just switch to the Preview tab at the top.

The shown data depends on if a picklist has been created and is still there. The preview shows the latest created picklist.
Because of this, picklist do no longer need to be printed in order to check the changes but can directly be checked in the editor.
