You can add items to the offer through the quick search, which is available in the offer lines toolbar or you can use the Add Items dialog. After an item is added to the offer, you can modify the offer line information.

Add items with Add Items Dialog

1. Click Add in the Offer Lines toolbar.

2. Enter search parameters in the Add Items dialog and click Search. Click Advanced Search to get more search parameters.

3. Select one or more items from the search results.

4. Click Add and Continue if you want to search for additional items. Click Add and Close if you want to close the Add Items dialog.

5. Save the offer.

Note:
- Selected items are added to offer lines with quantity 1.
- You can add inactive items to the offer, but an offer with inactive items cannot be processed further (status change is not possible).

Add Item through Quick Search

1. Click in the quick search text box on the right side of the Offer Lines toolbar.

2. Start typing the name of the item. While typing, matching item names are shown.

3. Select the item from the list using the up and down arrow keys and press Enter to add it to the offer.

4. Save the offer after adding all the items.

Note:
- You can't add multiple items with the quick search.
- Through the quick search, you can only add items by typing the item name. Searching by barcode or other information is currently not supported.
