pixi 22.12 is available from 6 December 2022. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations.

API

🟩 Bug fix: The functionality to send emails to the address specified in a customer's billing address did not work for API call pixiSendEmailForInvoice. (695531)

🟩 Bug fix: When searching for API calls on the Descartes API portal, the underscore was not displayed in the call names. (700282)

🟪 Enhancement: Various mprovements to API calls pixiGetOrderHeader, pixiGetOrderHeadersByOrderDate, pixiInvoiceSetTrackingID, pixiShipoutInvoice, and pixiUpdateInvoicePackage), procedures and pixi Web: (643703, 686874, 710806)

  • Extension of the TrackingID field to 512 characters and

    • extension of ShipmentTrackingID to 8,000 characters (also applies to pixiCreateReturn, pixiGetCustomerOrderAccount, pixiGetInvoice, pixiGetOrderHeaderList, pixiGetReminders, pixiGetShippedOrders, pixiReadInvoices, pixiGetInvoiceLinesExtended, pixiGetInvoicesByOrderNr, pixiGetInvoicesForCustomer, pixiGetInvoicesUnpaid, pixiGetShippedOrdersPerLocation, pixiGetOrderHeadersForCustomer).

  • Resolved an issue for passing the TrackingID in a RabbitMQ message

  • Resolved an issue for invoices and credit notes in pixi Web for TrackingIDs

  • Resolved an issue in Ship-Out and Customer Service regarding TrackingIDs

  • Long TrackingIDs are displayed correctly in pixi Web


pixi Mobile

Picklists

🟩 Bug fix: The app showed an error message when an item of an order with a voucher was scanned. (695590)


Pick to Box

🟩 Bug fix: Boxes assigned to picklists were released after ship-out with a 30 minute delay. With pixi 22.12, boxes are released immediately after ship-out in pixi Web (but not via the Shipping desktop application). (708477)

Administration (Licenses – Early Access)

🟨 New feature: A new page was added: Licenses. This page is accessible to all customers with early access permission. It contains relevant license information and it must be enabled for users via Control Center (Group : General > Licenses Web pixi). (666211, 685139, 706224)

Administration (Templates/Template Editor)

🟩 Bug fix: The values for VATHighPercentage and VATLowPercentage were not displayed correctly on offer templates. (696861)

🟩 Bug fix: Several issues were resolved within the templates. (517284)

🟩 Bug fix: Various bug fixes within the templates (bundle information was displayed multiple times on templates etc.). (704927)

🟩 Bug fix: For some orders, the status of individual order lines jumped to FUT, although Direct Fulfillment was not enabled. (694123)

🟦 Optimization: For better performance, a pagination was added to the page. (692602)


Purchasing (Purchase Orders)

🟩 Bug fix: The language in the table header did not match the language setting defined in pixi Web. For French, the number formats will correspond to the French standard from this release on. (700567)

🟩 Bug fix: In some cases the value of the discount amount prevented the status from changing to CLOSED. Additionally, with this release, rounding in pixi web is applied to 4 decimal places (only 2 are displayed) to match the rounding accuracy in the database. (705788)

🟩 Bug fix: PDF, CSV and RTF files could not be exported. Supplier orders and offers were not sent. (693721)

🟪 Enhancement: White spaces and the characters ">" and "<" cannot be used in the Notes field. (696453, 701049)


Logistics (Scan-In)

🟩 Bug fix: When 1SS with automatic ship-out was set to OFF, the polling file was created when items were scanned. The issue was resolved; shipping labels are now created and printed after the ship-out is complete. (633097)

🟦 Optimization: Scanning of reserved orders with over 100,000 items was optimized. (697552)


Customer Service (Offers)

🟩 Bug fix: Searching for customer name or number did not work on the Offers page. (702726)

Connector

🟩 Bug fix: The tracking ID import did not work after pixi was updated to 22.10. (701946)


Control Center

Databases

🟩 Bug fix: An issue was resolved that caused deadlocking when return tracking IDs were created. (694616)


Import & Export

🟪 Enhancement: The constraints check for the <ORDER_UNIT> tag was improved. If the tag pair encloses an invalid value, a corresponding message is displayed in Control Center and the XML file is marked with ERROR. (657056)

🟪 Enhancement: The "External Label" integration service has been renamed to "Pixi System Service" (Conctrol Center > Import and Export > Settings > Channel Type). (669423)


plentymarkets 7

🟩 Bug fix: When importing items from plentymarkets to pixi, it could happen that the same items was updated too often. Now, the background service analyzes the data (existing in the intermediate table) and automatically updates them afterwards. (711543)


Invoices

Swiss QR codes

🟩 Bug fix: An error message was displayed when invoices with QR codes were created, although the setup was correct. (684574)


Payments

🟩 Bug fix: Automatic payment matching did not compare the full sum. (707380)


Reports

🟩 Bug fix: The Item Overview report was modified to show summarized values from all locations for fields Reorder Level and Current Stock. The column Min Order Qty was removed because it is a supplier-related value and should not be listed as general item data. (662210)


Shipping

🟩 Bug fix: In some cases, no ship vendor ID data was passed when the ship-out was performed with the Shipping program. (645972)
