Report: End-to-End Warehouse Performance


Short Description

The End-to-End Warehouse Performance report provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant warehouse processes – from goods receipt and picking to shipping and returns, broken down by user. It enables targeted performance monitoring at the user level and supports the optimization of warehouse workflows. Typical use cases include:

  • Tracking individual and team productivity

  • Identifying operational bottlenecks

  • Supporting workforce and resource planning

To use the report, go to Controlling > Profiles and create a profile (the report is located under the Logistics report group). Then, generate the report.

Available Parameters

  • Date From and Date To: Define the reporting period.

  • User: Select a specific user for the evaluation. If no user is selected, the report includes all users.


Columns

  • User: User who performed the respective actions

  • Goods Receipt (Items): Number of items recorded in goods receipt

  • Goods Receipt (Lines): Number of goods receipt lines

  • Pick (Items): Number of picked items

  • Pick (Lines): Number of pick list lines

  • Scan-In (Items): Items scanned into a box

  • Scan-In (Lines): Order lines scanned into a box

  • Scan-In (Documents): Orders scanned into a box

  • Scan-In (Picklists): Picklists scanned into a box

  • Ship-Out (Items): Shipped items

  • Ship-Out (Lines): Shipped order lines

  • Ship-Out (Documents): Shipped orders

  • Ship-Out (Packages): Shipped packages

  • Returns (Items): Returned items

  • Returns (Lines): Return lines

  • Returns (Documents): Return cases


Notes

The value in field Ship-out (Packages) is not the sum of packages (when using multi-package functionality), but the sum of tracking numbers from the included shipments. We did it that way to support also the "old" multi-package functionality (desktop).
