Offers in pixi* follow the offer lifecycle. Each offer status presents certain limitations to ensure correct workflow of the documents:

Offers with statuses NEW and OFF are fully editable, but you cannot change the customer the offer is intended for.
Offers with statuses WON and LOST are not editable (you can still add notes and also comments on order lines).

To modify an offer:

In the navigation click Offer Management > Offers.
In the list of offers, select and open the offer you want to change.
Make the changes as necessary. Change billing and shipping addresses, selling conditions, billing and shipping information, add, edit or delete offer lines.
Click Save to save your changes.

Modify Offer Lines

To modify the offer lines click an offer line and enter or change the information:

Change the Item name, if needed.
Enter the required quantity in the Quantity field.
(Optional for B2C offers) Modify the gross price in the Gross Price field. Use a period (.) as a separator for decimal places.
(Optional for B2B offers) Modify the net price in the Net Price field. Use a period (.) as a separator for decimal places.
(Optional) Enter the discount value in the Discount field.
(Optional) Choose the type of discount from the dropdown menu in the Discount type field.
Press Enter to confirm the offer line.

If a bundle is added to an offer, the offer line is expandable and a detailed view of the bundle is possible.

Notes:
- It is not possible to replace an item that was added to the offer. Delete the concerned item and add the other item as a new line to the offer.
- The internal item number of an item cannot be edited in an offer line.
- Offer lines are only editable in the status New or Offered. One exception is the Comment fields in the offer lines, which are editable in all statuses. For a description of the fields see Offer Field Reference.

Detail view for offer lines

You can edit the table view of the offer lines list as you prefer by adding, removing and re-arranging columns. By clicking on View Options > Show Details you can enable the detail view for every item in the offer which presents more detailed information in different tabs:

Delete Offer Line

You can also delete an offer line:

Select the offer line by selecting the checkbox, you can select multiple offer lines.
Click Delete in the toolbar and confirm your action.
Click Save to save the offer when you are finished.
