Short Description
This report shows which items need to be refilled from a selected location to the current location (replenishment).
To access the report, go to Controlling > Reporting and create a report profile (the report Inventory items to Refill is located in the Logistics report group). Then, generate the report from the profile.
Available Parameters
The following parameters are available in the report:
Refill Location: Select the location the items should be taken from.
Picking Location: Select the location the items should be moved to.
Results

From Bin: Displays the bin the item needs to be taken from (incl. scannable barcode).
To Bin: Displays the bin of the location the item should be put to stock.
Required: Displays the needed quantity of the item.
Qty Refill Bin: Displays the current item stock of the bin in the refill location.
Qty Refill Location: Displays the total item stock in the refill location.
Qty in Picking Location: Displays the total item stock in the picking location.
Open Orders: Displays the number of open customer orders with this item in the picking location.
Additional Information
The report only considers the reorder level as well as open customer orders from the picking location. In case the reorder level is not set in the picking location or it is "0", open customer orders are still considered.
The "To Bin" column only contains a value, in case the item does already have stock in the picking location. If not, the column stays empty.
Bins in the refill location are chosen by oldest items first. This means that items with the oldest stock movement date are used first to be relocated to the picking location. The report's rows are then sorted by bin sort number (ascending).
