Controlling provides Dashboards (Logistics, Sales and System) and the underlying widgets, which make a range of operational figures visible at a glance. The data displayed in the widgets is updated at 10-minute intervals when the page is opened or reloaded.
Logistics
The Logistics Dashboard contains the following key figures:

These widgets show the number of emails for each status. They will only be displayed to a user when the right to see it was activated in Control Center.

Service Status
Data in this widget:

Status of the Auto E-Mails service. Green = The setting is correctly configured for productive database operation. Emails are generated and sent automatically. Red = The setting is not correctly configured for productive database operation. Emails are either not generated or not sent automatically. Orange = Global manual email sending or test mode (all emails are sent to a test email address) is activated. |
Amazon IDU
These widgets show the number of uploads in each status within the last 7 days. They will only be displayed to a user when the right to see it was activated in Control Center. Additionally, the functionality Amazon IDU must be enabled and documents must've been uploaded already. A separate overview is displayed for each channel for which Amazon IDU is set up.

Settings
Settings in pixi Web
The settings functionality in pixi Web allows you to make changes to the settings directly in pixi Web, as opposed to making changes in Control Center. Click the gear icon to access the settings page.
General
In General, you can change the refresh interval for your dashboards. The limitations are as follows:
The maximum value is 1440 minutes (1 day). Entering a value bigger than 1440 will automatically get set back to 1440.
The minimum value is 10 minutes, which is the default.) Entering a value smaller than 10 will automatically set it back to 10.
Shops
In Shops you can select which shops you want display in Logistics and Sales. By default, all shops are displayed.
Please note: The changes are saved per database and not per user!
User Management
The widget visibility for users is set by the administrator in Control Center. For users, all widgets are disabled by default.
