Besides the advanced search, pixi Web also offers you a quick search functionality within certain areas of the application. This means that you can search without having to use the advanced search or navigate to the corresponding area in pixi Web.

The quick search allows you to search the following:

• Order Numbers

• Customer names

• Invoices

• Credits

The quick search is located on the top right of the screen, right next to your username. Click the magnifying glass icon to open the quick search.

Searching

Follow these steps to use the quick search functionality in pixi Web.

1. Open the quick search via the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the application

2. Enter an order number, a customer name, an invoice or credits number

3. Press Search

   • Results will display entries from within the last 6 months but

   • only the 10 latest entries, ordered by date (descending)

4. Click an order number to open the respective details page
