Offer management in pixi* allows you to create optimal offers based on customer requirements. It enables you to properly manage and track offers. There are two types of offers: B2C offers intended for business to customer transactions and B2B offers, which are bigger in scale.
Offer Status
After you create an offer, it will usually go through this lifecycle:
A newly created offer has the status New (NEW) and hasn't been sent to a customer yet. This offer is fully editable.
After an offer has been sent to a customer and a response hasn't been received yet, change its status to Offered (OFF). This offer is fully editable in case the customer wants to accept the offer, but requests that changes are applied to it (different items, more discount etc.).
When an offer has been accepted by the customer, change its status to Won (WON). An order is created automatically and this offer is no longer editable.
If the customer declines an offer, change its status to Lost (LOST). This offer is no longer editable.
